30-day money-back guarantee, no conditions attached. If Quietlight isn't right for your venue, email webinquiry@iadev.net within 30 days of purchase from the email address you bought with (or include your order number or license key), and we'll refund the full amount.

How it works

• Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
• When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is revoked and the application returns to its unlicensed state. The free portable player remains free, as always — shows you've already handed to families keep playing.
• We may ask one question — what didn't work — purely to make the product better. Answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.

Before you buy

There's a 7-day free trial with full functionality, so you can run Quietlight on your own machine and screens before paying. We'd rather you try first — but the 30-day guarantee applies either way.
